If you have not already visited the University and Careers Centre, now is the time to go, and as you progress through the Lower 6th you will want to make steadily greater use of the facilities there. The Centre is open all day during term time, and Mrs Rogers is readily available for consultation and there is a remarkably wide selection of literature on universities and careers. This literature is updated on an annual basis, as new reference books and prospectuses arrive. There are also computer programs designed to assist you in your choice of university courses and eventual career: some are to be found on the school network, and reference should also be made to each university's own website.
