This will be the last "John Holmes and Friends" Concert, as he will be leaving Tonbridge at the end of term to become ABSRM Chief Examiner. The programme will bring together numerous colleagues from the Music Department, who will be performing a range of favourite chamber music items, saying goodbye both to John and to Mary Laing, who is taking retirement. This promises to be a rather special and unusual evening, celebrating a combined total between them of over 60 years' music teaching at Tonbridge.
