Sir Jonathan Miller is a man of many parts. Doctor, satirist, writer, sculptor and director of theatre, opera and film, he rose to fame in the early 1960s when, alongside Peter Cook, Dudley Moore and Alan Bennett, he co-wrote and starred in the ground breaking satirical stage revue “Beyond The Fringe”. He would soon go on to edit the BBC‟s flagship arts programme Monitor and became associate director of the National Theatre. His career has seen him producing innovative operatic productions for the English National Opera and the Royal Opera House. In this unique one-man show Jonathan Miller will discuss his life and work beyond “Beyond The Fringe”.
