Whether you have a sweet or savoury tooth boys and girls will enjoy this practical cooking course, with the emphasis on cake and pastry making. Each day you will take home a new dish that you have prepared and cooked yourself. All ingredients are provided and included within the cost of the course.
This more advanced course is aimed at either those who have completed the Beginners course and feel they are ready for something more challenging, or older students who already have the basic skills. Students will produce interesting gourmet dishes to take home each day. Again all ingredients are provided and included within the cost of the course.
