The Art Department has received a prestigious award from The Good Schools Guide for the best Art & Design AS level results by boys in an independent school for 2005.
This piece is by George Legg (Sc) who was one of the boys who took the AS level in 2005 and who is currently taking the A level. He has wittily combined painterly self-portraits with his love of cricket and its traditions. He made the 'bats' which are attached to the picture from scratch.
