The National Papers have confirmed that Tonbridge School is one of the very best boys' boarding schools in the country, based on its excellent academic results and its success with applications to Oxford and Cambridge. The school has been placed in the top twenty in separate surveys by both the Financial Times and The Telegraph. More specifically, the Financial Times special report places Tonbridge School as the second boys' boarding school for the number of places won at Oxford and Cambridge.
