Congratulations to Huw Evans (Common Room) who represented West Wales in the Welsh Cross Country Championships at Cardiff on Saturday with distinction: he won the Senior Mens' race to become the Welsh Over 35 Cross Country Champion and also the Welsh Senior (and over 35) Inter-Regional Champion.
