• He was introduced to HRH the Duke of Edinburgh, along with the other Junior Internationals, at a special audience at Frogmore House, Windsor
• In Canada Paul was appointed Captain of the Great Britain Cadet Rifle Team against Canada, also the Great Britain U25 team against the USA. Paul’s team won all 5 of their matches against Canada, in the Michael Faraday match Paul was top scorer with the only maximum score of 105/105 at 300, 500 & 600 yds, in the International Match against USA he was joint top scorer with a maximum score of 50/50 at 1000yds.
