A national survey of exam results by the Financial Times have again named Tonbridge as one of the best schools in the country. These results are confirmed by The Times

  • In 2009 our Upper Sixth Formers achieved a 100% pass rate in A’levels, scoring an average of 444 UCAS points per candidate (on the UCAS scale where A = 120, B = 100, C = 80 etc, with AS counting half of those values). 77% of subject entries were awarded A grades, 38% of the year group hold 4 or more A levels at A grade and 61% of the year group hold 3As or better.
  • 38 Tonbridgians have won places or conditional offers of places for entry to Oxford or Cambridge in 2010 or 2011. Find out more about our Oxbridge Successes.
