We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our Catering Team.
Working with the chefs in our Orchard Centre Kitchen, the Sous Chef will support the Head Chef and Chef Manager in producing high quality, high volume fresh meals for both boys and external events.
Ideally, you will have experience of contract catering style cooking in a similar environment, and be confident in producing high volume meals for c.350 people.
Full time, 42.5 hours per week (any 5 days in 7) to include evenings and weekends.
