Admissions Co-ordinator

The Admissions Department at Tonbridge School is a busy and strategically vital part of the organisation, responsible for attracting and recruiting high-calibre boys and families while delivering a first-class customer experience befitting a school of such calibre and reputation.

The Admissions Co-ordinator provides high level administrative support to the Registrar and Admissions Team to support the Admissions Department in achieving its recruitment objectives. In addition, in conjunction with the School Administrator, the Admissions Co-ordinator will support the visa application processes for prospective pupils.

The role is wide ranging and will include being the first point of contact for prospective parents, providing general office support to the team, assisting with Open Days, visits and assessments and other tasks as required by the Department. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and proven experience of the UKVI Child Student Visa process and coordinating this process within an educational environment. 

This is a full time, all year round post.
