Chapel Choir at Salisbury

Category: Featured, General, Music

Tonbridge School Chapel Choir led the worship in the magnificent setting of Salisbury Cathedral.

The performance continued the pattern of the choir singing in major cathedrals, including St Paul’s and Notre-Dame.

The visit to Salisbury was a particularly special for Choirmaster Julian Thomas, as he had been a chorister there himself in the late 1980s. The choir sang music by Stanford, Howells and Noble and a set of recently-published responses by Julian written for the Chapel Choir.
