Internationally-renowned organist Kevin Bowyer held a masterclass for Tonbridgians in the school chapel.

Four current sudents and three OTs who left in the summer, played a wide range of pieces including works by Bach, Mathias and Guilmant.

Mr Bowyer worked on various aspects of technique, articulation and registration (the choice of sounds for each piece) in a detailed and informative manner for both the pupils and the audience, and he commented on the high standard of playing throughout the evening.
