The U15's Rugby team has secured a well-deserved win against Langley last night, retaining the Kent Cup for another year. The U15’s showed great resilience to absorb repeated attacks from an expansive and attacking Langley side, in tough, windy conditions.
Tonbridge had the advantage of the wind in the first half, and led 19-12 at the break with tries from James Flaherty, Andrew Dott and Theodore Parsons. The intensity heated up in the second half with Langley scoring a converted try to level the game. A clinical driving maul allowed Andrew Dott to touch down for his second try of the night, sealing a 24-19 victory for Tonbridge.
