Tonbridge U15A’s retain the Kent Cup

2025 Kent Cup Winners

The U15A rugby team continued their unbeaten season last night with a 29–19 win over The Judd School, earning them the Kent Cup.

Team captain Arian (OH2) reflected on the performance, saying, “I was very proud of our resilience. Our ability to bounce back and put points on the scoreboard was an amazing part of the night. I also was incredibly impressed with some of our individual performances, such as our winger scoring four tries.”

Reflecting on the tournament and his enjoyment of representing the School in rugby, he said “The fact that the U15A team has won the trophy back-to-back just shows the incredible rugby talent Tonbridge possesses, and even with just over a year of playing rugby together, the School has helped us to bond and create a very good atmosphere in the team.”

Looking ahead to what’s next for a team full of potential, Arian added, “I am very excited to see how this team will develop next, especially when it comes to playing in Sixth Form.”
