Graduate Teacher – Geography

Our Graduate programme was introduced in 2016 and we are proud to say that year-on-year the programme has gone from strength to strength.

These roles are offered annually on a fixed one-year basis to recent university graduates. The programme is designed to give an all-encompassing experience of school life working in an independent school.

•          Share your passion for your subject with enthusiastic, bright pupils.

•          Responsibility for a maximum of three academic sets.

•          Regular meetings with subject mentor who is an outstanding practitioner.

•          Continuous professional development.

•          Wide range of sporting and co-curricular opportunities.

•          Pastoral responsibility.

The role comes with a level of autonomy as a teacher but within a well- supported environment. This is an ideal opportunity to assess whether a career in teaching is right for you.
