Tonbridge welcomes Australian exchange pupils for Summer Term
Tonbridge will welcome five boys from Christ Church Grammar School in Perth, Western Australia, to join the School for the duration of an enriching Summer Term. This exchange forms part of an academic and cultural partnership, offering boys from both schools the opportunity to learn alongside one another while experiencing life in a different country and educational environment. In turn, Tonbridge pupils will travel to Perth in July and August.
During their time at Tonbridge, the visiting boys will be fully integrated into School life. They will benefit from the School’s facilities and broad co-curricular programme, taking part in a wide range of academic, sporting and extracurricular activities.
As members of the Tonbridge community, they will also contribute to Community Action on Wednesday afternoons and participate in initiatives such as the Novi Sleepout, where boys spend a night outdoors to raise both funds and awareness of homelessness.
