In the summer of 2024, Cowdrey underwent a complete refurbishment, and a new spacious garden was created for the boys.

Renovations and upgrades were made to common rooms, changing rooms and kitchen areas, to provide the boys with a bright and airy House, to relax in and enjoy. Each year group has their own common room, which have a variety of activities for the boys to enjoy, from table tennis, pool and bar billiards to table football and various games consoles. Each year group also has their own changing room, and there are three study areas for quieter work. The kitchen areas are regularly re-supplied with a variety of fruit, bread, cereals and spreads.
