School House crowned House Rugby Champions
The 2025 House Rugby competition delivered another term of thrilling contests, fierce rivalries, and outstanding displays of teamwork across all age groups.
Every House showed great commitment, but it was School House who produced the headline story of the term – rising from 6th place in 2024 to become this year’s House Rugby Champions.
Director of Rugby, Rhys Crane, said, “Their performances across the Novi and Senior divisions were exceptional, combining structure, creativity, and defensive discipline. This reflected both hard work and unity across all age groups.”
In the Novi competition, School House led from the front, with Manor and Welldon also producing standout performances.
The Inter division was fiercely contested, with Smythe emerging as champions through organised, disciplined play. Hill Side and Judde also performed strongly, showing maturity and teamwork as the runners-up.
Among the Seniors, School House was dominant once again, combining structure and speed to take the top spot, followed closely by Oakeshott.
Overall, School House were deserved champions, with Smythe and Oakeshott completing the top three.
Manor were the biggest climbers, rising six places from last year, while every House contributed to a brilliant showcase of competitive yet respectful rugby.
