Tonbridge School recognised at Green School Awards
Tonbridge School is proud to announce that it has been recognised at the recent Green School Awards, hosted by Social Enterprise Kent, an organisation of local companies dedicated to supporting communities, individuals and businesses in shaping a better tomorrow.
The annual awards celebrate and promote outstanding environmental action in schools, aiming to motivate and recognise pupils and institutions that are making a meaningful difference to the environment. This year’s event brought together schools from across the county to share best practice and highlight innovative approaches to sustainability.
Representing Tonbridge School at the awards ceremony were Green Committee Heads Alex (FH5), Max (HS4) and Nico (SH4), alongside Will Biddle, Head of Sustainability, and Lizzy Hevey.
The School is delighted to have its work recognised by Social Enterprise Kent and remains committed to empowering pupils to take an active role in caring for the environment, both now and in the future.
