A Level Performances: Recital

Before half term, this year’s A Level cohort delivered a stunning piano showcase in the Recital Room, featuring works by the likes of Liszt, Scarlatti, Hans Zimmer, Beethoven, Bach, Chopin and Schumann.

Their substantial performances served as a trial run ahead of the exam later this term. These were interspersed with solo items from Lower Sixth A Level musicians on cello, violin, piano and voice, ranging from Mozart and Grieg to a classic musical theatre number from My Fair Lady.
