CCF triumphs at South East Military Skills Competition

Cadets from Tonbridge School Combined Cadet Force achieved outstanding success after securing first place at the Headquarters South East Combined Cadet Force Military Skills Competition 2026, held at Pippingford Park.

Competing against 20 other schools from across the region, the Tonbridge contingent faced a series of demanding military-themed challenges designed to test a wide range of cadet skills. The competition included stands focused on first aid, teamwork, shooting, radio communications and patrolling.

Demonstrating determination, leadership and excellent teamwork throughout the weekend, the Tonbridge cadets delivered an exceptional performance across all events to claim the overall title.

This marks the first time the School has won the prestigious annual competition, making the achievement a particularly significant milestone for the contingent.
