Smythe House claims House Athletics Cup
Smythe House retained the House Athletics Cup this year, finishing with an impressive 434.5 points after their victory last year. They were closely followed by Oakeshott House with 379.5 points and School House with 351.5 points in a highly competitive event.
Smythe’s success was built on consistency across the age groups, securing both the Inter and Senior Cups through excellent performances in the sprints, inter relay, track cup, jumps, and field events. School House, meanwhile, produced a strong display to win the Junior Cup.
Notably, Derayo (FH4) delivered a standout performance, breaking the long-standing Senior Triple Jump record, achieving 13.69 metres, displaying exceptional athletic ability while setting a new benchmark for future competitions.
