Second year bats an impressive 291 runs representing the Midlands

Following his selection for the U15 Midlands squad, Vidyut (FH2) represented the region at the ECB Bunbury Festival, one of the country’s leading competitions for talented young cricketers.

Opening the batting throughout the tournament, Vidyut produced a series of consistent performances against strong opposition, finishing as the third-highest run scorer across the festival, with 291 runs.

Vidyut, said, “When I found out I had been selected I was extremely proud. The competition was an amazing opportunity to compete against the best 56 players in the country in a professional environment.”
