Ollie makes England Hockey League debut for Canterbury

Ollie (PS4) has achieved a significant milestone in his hockey career, making his England Hockey League debut for Canterbury Men’s 1st XI against Oxted 2s at the weekend.

Competing in the Men’s Conference East, the third tier of the England Hockey League, Canterbury play at a high standard of senior hockey, making Ollie’s selection while still at school a notable achievement.

Master in charge of Hockey, Kieron Walsh said, “Ollie’s debut is a testament to the dedication and commitment he has shown to his sport. Having worked consistently to develop his game, he has earned the opportunity to test himself at an advanced level and gain valuable experience in senior competition.”
