Our Global Futures Department extends its support
Tonbridge School is pleased to announce the expansion of its Universities and Careers Department, now renamed Global Futures. This development builds on provision recently recognised nationally (Independent School of the Year Finalist, 2025) and shifts our focus from where students go at 18, onto who they will be at 25 and beyond.
The ‘Think 25’ initiative broadens horizons and strengthens partnerships, recognising that success is long-term, holistic and international, and that modern pathways are rarely linear. Our aim is to nurture ambitious, adaptable young people who can thrive at leading universities, launch ventures or pursue opportunities around the world. This shift moves us from transactions to transformation – helping pupils build futures with confidence, resilience and purpose.
Headmaster, James Priory, said:
Our ambition is to help students achieve their aspirations, to be future-focused and confident in a rapidly changing world. Our Global Futures department ensures they are not only prepared for university, but for meaningful lives beyond it.
