House Matron – Full time, term time

We are recruiting for caring and enthusiastic House Matron to join our Boarding House teams.

Our House Matrons play a vital role in the pastoral and operational life of Tonbridge School, providing care, support, and continuity for the boys in the Boarding Houses. In addition to their pastoral responsibilities, Matrons are central to the smooth day-to-day running of the House. This includes managing domestic arrangements such as laundry, cleaning, and catering, ensuring the House is a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment where boys can thrive.

The successful candidate will be friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills, and a practical and well organised approach to work.

This is a full-time, term-time role working Monday to Friday: 7.30am to 9.45am and 12.45pm to 7.00pm.

It is essential to be a car driver and have access to a car for work.
